Make a World of Difference: Your Career Direction
The Make a World of Difference program is designed to help international students navigate and understand the Australian workplace. The program covers one topic per week for three weeks. You will participate in a one-and-a-half hour workshop each week, and gain access to a range of online resources and activities related to that week's topic.
Career planning is challenging in a world of uncertainty. The session will focus on the aspects that you can control to work toward your career goals. You will be exposed to tools to actively manage your career development and your profile. You will conduct a self-assessment of your skills, interests, strengths and values to navigate and map your career options and direction. You will also receive advice on strengthening your resume and cover letter for job applications in Australia.
This workshop will take place online. If you are unable to join at the scheduled time, you can register anyway and we will send you the recording.
