Make a World of Difference: Professional Networking
The Make a World of Difference program is designed to help international students navigate and understand the Australian workplace. The program covers one topic per week for three weeks. You will participate in a one-and-a-half hour workshop each week, and gain access to a range of online resources and activities related to that week's topic.
Your public profile is your brand, and is an essential component of your capacity to network professionally in Australia. You will receive our ‘Ten Top Tips’ to establishing (or updating) your LinkedIn profile. Develop a strategic approach to networking and expand your networks to align with your career goals. Whether you are networking in person (at events and coffee catch-ups) or online, develop your pitch and prepare what you would like to ask your networks to progress in your career.
This workshop will take place online. If you are unable to join at the scheduled time, you can register anyway and we will send you the recording.
