Join experienced chef and the University of Newcastle Alumna, Julie Votano (Nourished by Julie), and academics from our Food, Nutrition, Marine & Environmental Science teams to learn more about cooking with local marine products. Julie and the team will step you through some simple and tasty recipes that you can make part of your every day. And the best part is you’ll get to enjoy your creation!
All ages and skill levels are welcome, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Please note places are limited for each session.
